Key Responsibilities

• Upload and format blog and website content on CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix)
• Apply basic on-page SEO best practices using provided guidelines
• Schedule and publish approved social media content
• Perform quality checks on links, formatting, tags, and captions
• Update monthly reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets
• Create and manage UTM links and ensure data accuracy
• Support client onboarding administration and access setup
• Maintain organised digital folders and documentation
• Assist with task tracking, handovers, and operational checklists

Minimum Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Reliable, structured, and process-driven approach to work

Advantageous Experience

• Exposure to digital marketing or content publishing
• Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix)
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, and reporting tools
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
• Canva exposure beneficial but not essential
