Job Description
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Apply value-based and solution-selling principles to identify client challenges and training needs
- Engage with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, Training Managers, and Executives)
- Book high-quality appointments and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development / Sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential clients
- Attend networking events and industry engagements where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads on the CRM system
- Support the overall sales strategy by providing market insights and feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, business development, or client engagement (preferred)
- Exposure to B2B sales or training/services/ solution selling environment is advantageous
- CRM experience is beneficial
- Matric (minimum); relevant sales or business qualification is an advantage
