Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, well-organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a professional environment. Occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal assistant support
- Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
- Run errands and provide support outside the office when required
- Travel from time to time for work-related duties
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (advantageous)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
- Valid driver’s license (recommended)
