• Achieving annual business financial targets through effective debt management and proactive risk minimization
• Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring all supplier accounts are accurate, current, and well managed
• Engage with external clients to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• Oversee cost management, including financial operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and supplier payments
• Build and maintain a strong financial foundation to balance cost, capacity, and service level requirements
• Drive revenue management and maximization initiatives
• Take ownership of self-management and performance accountability
• Lead and support performance management and development initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications & Experience

• BCom in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• 5–8 years’ proven experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong expertise in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
