Tech Matric/N3(Mech Eng);Trade Test Diesel Tech/Mech Eng/Heavy Equip Mech;Forklift Repair/Maint; Forklift Workshop Training; Continuous learning re.electric/automatic fotklifts;OHSA Safety/ISO 45001/ Incident/Accident Reports/Legal Liability; Forklift Lic; Safety Rep;Comp.Lit. 15+ Yrs exp. forklift diagnostics/ repairs TCM/Toyota Linde forklifts & mngt exp.in warehouses/logistics/factories. Must have good verbal/ written English/be fit/able to read/interpret technical manuals/schematics.Must know forklift skills/ understand hydraulic/electrical systems/internal combustion engines/hygroscopic properties/reciprocating motion/volumetric efficiency.Must conduct diagnostics/service/maintain/repair various forklifts at all sites Gauteng & Mpumalanga working closely with management team.Must explain service/repair plans to sites/ conduct forklift inspections/load testing/submit inspection reports/ensure service /repair done as per frequency/method to extend useful life of the forklifts.Meet frequently with suppliers/place orders for purchases as per supplier policy/ensure consumable stock available/booked out/balanced .Ensure SMETA objectives re. emissions/fuel consumption/oil/fuel leaks/non-deliveries/ tyre consumption per manufacturer specs/safety incidents/accidents/ensure Forklifts comply with OHSA goals.
