About the Role
RIVINGO TRADING PTY LTD is seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team at King Shaka International Airport in Durban. As an airport cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris.
- Dust surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and fixtures, to eliminate allergens and maintain a clean appearance.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops to prevent the spread of germs.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor waxing, as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to supervisors promptly.
