About the Role
Our client, a well-established professional services firm based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking to appoint a mature, highly organised Front Office Administrator to support their directors and management team. This is a key position within the practice, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong administrative capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a professional switchboard and manage all incoming calls
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage directors’ diaries and coordinate appointments
- Provide general secretarial and front office support
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Well-presented, professional, and confident in client interaction
- Proven experience in reception and front office administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and ability to work on internal systems)
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to work well within a structured team environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
