About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and passionate Financial Administrator to oversee all financial activities for construction projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Track project expenses, revenue, and margins to ensure profitability.
- Process project invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing project cash flow requirements.
- Reconcile project accounts and financial reports with corporate accounting team.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve project performance.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors on financial matters.
- Support financial audits and provide documentation as needed.
