About the Role
The Project Engineer role at Persona Staff is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and commission engineering projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate effectively between Engineering, Production, and Support teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.

- Work under pressure with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team
- Monitor production figures and ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics
- BEng Mechanical Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Steel manufacturing experience beneficial
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical machinery
- Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own reliable transport
