About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Energy Storage sector, primarily based in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy storage industry and excellent business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer project plans and market needs, and convert these needs into actual orders.
  • Develop brand agents and establish local brand sales channels.
  • Expand the sales network by acquiring and developing OEM customers.
  • Understand market product standards and demand trends.
  • Conduct regular market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market opportunities into business results.
  • Assist in customer project execution and resolve major after-sales issues.
  • Conduct business negotiations with customers and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to use English as the working language.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, especially in Energy storage systems, Photovoltaic products (modules, inverters), Lithium batteries, System integration.

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
