About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our agricultural products store in Lesotho, supporting farmers with the right products, advice, and service. The ideal candidate will have retail or agricultural management experience and a strong passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Provide expert advice on agricultural products and applications
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff
- Maintain accurate sales, stock, and operational records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base
- Build strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Retail or agricultural management experience
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
