About the Role
A well-established and professional organisation is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support and advise management while ensuring effective HR practices across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing internal disciplinary processes and procedures
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
- Overseeing the full payroll function
- Advising management on labour legislation and compliance matters
- Updating and maintaining disciplinary policies and HR procedures
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees
Requirements
- Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
- 45 years experience in an HR Officer or similar role
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications are required for this role.
