About the Role
ServeCo is seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our outbound call centre team on the Dis-Chem Medical Insurance/GAP cover campaign. As a hands-on leader, you will drive daily performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while building a winning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10 outbound call centre sales agents
- Drive daily performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Coach and develop agents through live call monitoring, roleplays, and feedback
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and weekly 1:1s
- Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience
- Motivate the team, create accountability, and manage team dynamics
- Manage your team holistically (performance, productivity, morale, behaviour, attendance)
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Proven experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
- Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets
- Insurance sales experience (medical insurance preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
