About the Role
GC Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations within the fast-growing renewable energy industry. We want a dynamic professional with a passion for efficiency who understands stock accuracy, logistics coordination, and thrives in a tech-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliation
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, controls and SOPs
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensure accurate capturing and management of stock on Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / Zoho CRM
- Generate and analyse stock, procurement and movement reports
- Manage supplier deliveries, returns and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Control shrinkage, losses and damages
- Support project teams with accurate and timeous dispatches
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Zoho systems (minimum 2 years hands-on experience required)
- Strong experience in stock control, reconciliation, reporting and warehouse systems
- Experience in renewable energy, electrical, hardware or technical environments will be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience managing warehouse staff and performance
- Strong leadership and accountability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced organisational and planning skills
- Analytical and reporting ability
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers licence
