About the Role

The Site Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain operations at our Richards Bay facility. Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, this position is responsible for overseeing truck arrival and departure times, as well as communicating monthly targets and implementing action plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure trucks arrive at staging area on time
  • Coordinate with drivers to load at the mine
  • Communicate monthly targets to stakeholders
  • Plan and implement action plans to meet targets
  • Supervise warehouse and logistics staff

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 with Maths
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (advantageous)
