About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Product Manager with a focus on Southern and East Africa to join our team as a fully remote role. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and enhancing tour products to ensure they remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance tour products to meet market demand
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and high standards
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in the travel/tourism industry
- Proven track record in product development, contracting, or operations
- Strong existing networks in Southern and/or East Africa (essential)
- In-depth destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa
- Passionate about travel, wildlife, culture, and creating exceptional guest experiences
