NEW URGENT Reservations Vacancy Sabi Sands ? ? Property Reservations Executive Luxury Safari Lodge Sabi Sands Live-in (Single) | On-site role ? Salary: R19,500 CTC (incl. benefits) Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a polished, guest-focused Property Reservations Executive for an exclusive luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands. Role Overview This role manages reservation enquiries and bookings (with a strong focus on repeat and VIP guests), ensuring excellent turnaround times, accurate confirmations, and maximum conversion through strong guest communication and sales support. Key Responsibilities Handle reservation enquiries by phone and email, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings Provide accurate information on room options, availability, packages, and specials Follow up on provisional bookings, maintain turnaround standards, and ensure confirmations are sent timeously Issue invoices, process payments, and manage amendments or cancellations professionally Book flights and road transfers as required and coordinate any reservation-related changes with lodge operations Maintain and update guest profiles and databases, including VIP and repeat guest details Ensure guest requests (excursions, treatments, special requirements) are actioned and correctly noted Assist with greeting guests on arrival when operationally required, and support site visits where needed Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar reservations role, specifically within the luxury safari lodge industry – essential Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a confident phone manner Strong computer literacy and sound knowledge of reservations systems Strong admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure Proactive, team-oriented, and guest obsessed, with a hands-on attitude suited to lodge life Package Highlights Salary: R19;500 CTC Live-in furnished accommodation (single, possible sharing depending on availability) Food allowance (as per company policy) Medical Aid and Pension Fund company contributions apply after successful probation (as per company policy) Leave cycle: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
