About the Role

WMS Secure is seeking a skilled Property Legal Contract Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents
  • Managing contractual documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Relevant LLB degree or similar legal qualification
  • Admitted Attorney
  • At least 4 – 6 years working experience in the related field
  • Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerate accuracy

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)
