About the Role
Telebest is seeking a highly skilled Facilitator and Client Accounts Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, managing client accounts, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an environment free from distraction that allows learners to absorb the learning objectives.
- Ensure all administrative tasks and details for reports are completed.
- Be part of a peer review when facilitating to develop skills and add to facilitating tools.
- Generate sales prospects by identifying opportunities at existing and new customers.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with new clients.
- Identify customers, set up appointments, and visit their offices as and when required.
- Follow up on all visits or quotes to clients.
- Manage new business brought into the Company.
- Ensure that clients remain active with the Company.
- Monitor, follow up, and action tender or RFQ requests.
- Obtain competitor information.
- Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Operations Manager on activities that have transpired in the field.
- Communicate all client queries or incidents to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- 2 to 5 years experience as a facilitator within a business development environment.
- 2 to 5 years of Sales experience in the training profession environment.
- Experience marketing to SDFs and BBBEE Consultants.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Proven history of success in sales.
