About the Role
The GAO Group – USA & Canada is urgently hiring Chinese-speaking interns for a remote virtual internship opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will assist HR teams in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities in a global virtual environment, with a focus on supporting Chinese-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through Chinese-language platforms and channels
- Conduct initial screening and assessments of Chinese-speaking candidates
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for Chinese-speaking team members
- Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on Chinese-speaking participants
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams in Chinese and English
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any academic program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a virtual team
- Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges
