About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services in Central Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure consistent sales and merchandising standards across all outlets.
• Manage large, distributed teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners to drive sales and merchandising excellence.

Requirements

• National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management, or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a fast-paced environment.
