About the Role
A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy and evolution of a large-scale intermediary digital platform. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with strong platform product management experience, stakeholder engagement capability and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale digital products in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the intermediary platform.
- Translate business and user needs into prioritised product initiatives and platform capabilities.
- Own and manage the product backlog across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, security and business stakeholders.
- Drive platform adoption, scalability and continuous improvement.
- Balance business value, technical constraints, compliance and delivery risk.
- Define and track product success metrics, adoption and operational efficiency outcomes.
- Act as a key product advocate across executive and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- 7 years’ experience in product management within digital platforms or enterprise environments.
- Strong experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and platform backlogs.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside engineering and design teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
