Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical staff and contractors
- Oversee continuous maintenance on plant machinery
- Coordinate implementation of mechanical projects within set timelines and budgets
- Contribute to maintenance planning
- Conduct compulsory inspections on critical machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping practices, and operational procedures

Requirements
- N4 Mechanical qualification
- Trade-tested Fitter qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar environment
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage conflict, communicate effectively, think analytically, and work well under pressure
