Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all manufacturing and production activities to achieve operational targets. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Manage production planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams and departmental managers. Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership roles. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management systems. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
