About the Role

The Recruitment Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ballito office team as an Office Admin. As part of our training program, you will receive guidance and support to launch your career in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day office administration and filing
  • Data entry, updating systems, and managing digital records
  • Handling basic email correspondence and answering phone calls professionally
  • Supporting the recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a punctual, reliable, and professional presence in the office from 8-5

Requirements

  • Age: Must be between 18 and 25
  • Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed
  • Education: Metric
  • Experience: None required
  • Work Style: Must be willing and able to work full-time in the office from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails) and good communication skills
