About the Role
Join our dynamic team at The Recruitment Council as an Office Admin in Ballito! We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants. As a key member of our office team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration and filing
- Data entry, updating systems, and managing digital records
- Handling basic email correspondence and answering phone calls professionally
- Supporting the recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining a punctual, reliable, and professional presence in the office from 8-5
Requirements
- Age: Must be between 18 and 25
- Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed
- Education: Metric
- Experience: None required
- Work Style: Must be willing and able to work full-time in the office from 08:00 to 17:00
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails) and good communication skills
