About the Role Hours are 4pm-1am or 3pm-12am Johannesburg time (role is in the US) Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, “wear-many-hats” environment? We are looking for a versatile Office Lead to join our growing team in the Promotional Products Industry. This is not your typical sales or customer service role; it is a hybrid position designed for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and wants to be the “engine” that keeps our business running smoothly. If you are someone who can charm a customer through email, manage complex orders with precision, and isn’t afraid to jump into a creative project, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Success & Sales Support Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from first contact to project completion. Handle inbound inquiries with a “sales-minded” approachidentifying opportunities to help our clients grow through our automation solutions. Proactively follow up with leads and existing clients to push projects through the finish line. 2. Operational Management Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle administrative tasks including submitting Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendors. Maintain and update our internal systems (CRM) to ensure a “single source of truth” for all client data. 3. Creative & Technical Support Perform a minimal amount of artwork and design tweaks (no prior experience required; we will train you!). Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest technical “fixes” to improve our internal efficiency. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) The “Initiative” Factor : You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a problem and you fix it. Exceptional Communication : You are a natural at building rapport and can explain complex ideas simply. Extreme Organization : You can manage multiple projects, POs, and deadlines without breaking a sweat. Adaptability : You thrive in a role where no two days are the same. Willingness to Learn : You don’t need to know how to do artwork or manage POs yetyou just need the curiosity and drive to learn them quickly. Qualifications: 1. English Fluency 2. Equiptment: Must have a PC (not laptop) with at least 8GB of Ram, High WIFI Speeds and Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. 2 Screens will be a plus. 3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively. 6. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, online tools, and MS Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating discipline, resilience, and a positive attitude. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think creatively to overcome objections and close deals. 9. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. 10. High level of integrity, customer-centric approach, and commitment to providing excellent service.
