About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join our team as a Centurion, responsible for Workforce Planning. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and planning skills to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize organizational capacity and performance
- Analyze labor market trends and competitor activity to inform workforce planning decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and insights necessary for effective workforce planning
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict future workforce needs
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Operations Management/Statistics/ Information Systems related qualification
- Relevant 4 years experience in a Workplace Planning related environment
