About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Debtors Controller to join our team at EC Security. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our debtors’ book, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full debtors’ function, including reconciliation and maintenance of accounts.
- Liaise with clients to resolve outstanding queries and ensure timely collections.
- Flag payment exceptions and report to the Financial Manager.
- Send out monthly/daily statements/invoice to customers.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in debtors management (approximately 5 years).
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Fully computer literate with high competence in the MS Office Suite.
