About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. We are looking for a commercially driven, client-focused professional with strong account management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service within the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients
- Manage service delivery against SLAs and contractual requirements
- Lead client meetings, reporting, presentations, and follow-ups
- Monitor account performance, engagement, and renewals
- Analyse usage data and identify growth opportunities
- Manage escalated complaints professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee CRM accuracy, reporting, and account performance metrics
- Support training, quality assurance, and team development
- Drive client engagement, partnerships, and account growth initiatives
- Assist with events, launches, and exclusive member experiences
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ account management experience
- Luxury sector or agency experience preferred
- Strong CRM, reporting, and analytical skills
- Proven budgeting and account performance management ability
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Commercially driven with strong service focus
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Professional, polished, and confident communicator
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
