About the Role

The Training Facilitator is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring that our sales and servicing workforce has the necessary skills, knowledge, and compliance to support our business objectives. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital part in designing and delivering high-quality training interventions across the organisation and broker network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder-aligned Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) using feedback from surveys, performance data, and competency requirements.
  • Identify knowledge, skills, and compliance gaps within internal teams and Broker partners.
  • Develop accurate, up-to-date training material, assessments, e-learning content, and facilitator guides.
  • Maintain and update material based on product changes and new legislation.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions (virtual and in-person) as per training calendar and ad hoc requests.
  • Deliver product, scheme, compliance, induction, system, and soft-skill training.
  • Ensure high quality scores on training evaluations.
  • Analyse training data using evaluation models.
  • Maintain accurate registers, attendance, assessment results, and learner progress records.
  • Provide timely training reports for management dashboards, compliance requirements, and WSPs.
  • Track CPD completion and Fit & Proper requirements.
  • Support implementation and administrative management of learnership programmes.
  • Coordinate venues, virtual sessions, equipment, travel, and material preparation.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, Medical Schemes Act amendments, and training best practices.
  • Recommend programme improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Training facilitator
  • Own transport and valid drivers license (essential)
  • Willingness to work extended and flexible hours as necessary
  • Travel will be required for the purpose of conducting training with clients and/or stakeholders
