Job Description

Purpose: We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and organised Operations Information Administrator to join our National Operations team at our Cape Union Mart Head Office in Cape Town. The Operations Information Administrator will be responsible for managing the scheduling and time & attendance system for Stores. This will include working with data, analyzing information, and providing reports to the Operations Leadership team to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with database management. Key Responsibilities: Act as the system administrator for the scheduling and time & attendance system (StoreForce) for Stores Finalizing, preparing and exporting payroll files. Maintain data, data processes, and data integrity for the Operations Department Develop and maintain databases and track performance metrics for the Department. Create reports and presentations that communicate data insights to key internal stakeholders. Analyze data, identify key trends, and present findings and recommendations. Work closely and partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes and systems. Identify key risks and consult with key stakeholders to reach an effective resolution. Support, participate, execute, and deliver on ad-hoc duties and responsibilities. Drive continuous improvement and self-development. Qualifications and Experience: A matric certificate is required. A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. 3 years of experience working in a retail environment, in a leadership role, is essential. Proven knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office is crucial (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), especially working with Excel and PowerPoint A knowledge of scheduling and time & attendance systems is preferred. Experience working with databases would be beneficial. Process integrity in handling confidential and sensitive organizational information A good understanding of StoreForce and SIOCS is advantageous.
