Job Description

Implement and manage analytics tools to gather comprehensive digital commerce data. Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform marketing and sales strategy. Set clear performance targets and KPIs for all digital channels. Identify underperforming areas and recommend actionable improvements. Generate regular performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize landing pages and user experience. Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, or Data Analytics. Proven experience in digital analytics, eCommerce reporting, or conversion optimization. Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar). Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV). Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
