About the Role
Fempower Personnel is seeking a SHEQ Compliance Officer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing implementation, evaluation, control, and maintenance of various Quality, Health, and Safety standards within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external SHEQ audits to ensure adherence to audit schedules
- Implement policies and procedures to improve quality, health, and safety services
- Ensure continuous improvement throughout the business by identifying areas for enhancement
- Maintain knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 45001)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Food Technology and Safety Management
- Intermediate Computer literacy in MS Office Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 45001
- Familiarity with SAMTRAC/Safety regulations
Qualifications
- Formal education: Diploma in Food Technology and Safety Management (required)
