About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga, with a strong background in managing automotive parts and components stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory control and staff supervision
- Implement and maintain branch financial management systems, including budgets and GP control
- Develop and implement cost containment strategies to optimize profitability
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Syspro software
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager in the Automotive Parts | Component Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in Syspro software
- Essential skills in MS Office
- Strong knowledge in Branch Financial Management, including budgets, GP control, and cost containment
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport (required)
- Contactable references and payslips required (for shortlisting purposes)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary of up to R 35 000 CTC negotiable based on experience
- Long Term and Short Term Incentive Benefits available (only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
