About the Role
As a Sales Executive at MMU Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and enhancing the value of our products. You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to enhance product value
- Participate in events and open days to increase visibility
- Identify and report on emerging trends and new markets
- Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them
- Set strategic thinking sales plans to achieve objectives and expand the business
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
- Attend industry-specific events to build networks and relationships
Requirements

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R500 000 – R700 000 per annum
