About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Management Couple to join our 5-star exclusive Game Lodge in the Welgevonden Big 5 Game Reserve as we expand from 10 beds to 20 beds. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and experienced couple who can support this project over the next few years while continuing to manage the lodge’s ordinary business operations.

Requirements
- Both candidates should ideally have 5 years of experience working in a Luxury 5 Star Game Lodge and interacting with international guests.
- Candidates should be between the ages of 25 and 35.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and nature guiding is essential.
Qualifications
- He: Must be qualified as a Nature Guide and have current Trails Guide Qualifications.
- She: Must have experience in general lodge administration.
- Qualifications as a chef are an ideal extra advantage, or she could also be a Nature Guide but the key responsibility will be the Administration at the lodge.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly gross remuneration of approximately R15,000 – R40,000.00 per person negotiable depending on qualifications & experience.
- Food allowance: R1 500 per person per month (offered over and above the salary).
- Uniform: Provided by the company.
- Laundry and room cleaning: This will be done by lodge staff.
- Gratuities: Would receive tips mostly directly to guides or shares in the tips pool for the day or by guests on the property.
