Perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and field change orders as per customer specifications. Customer Communication : Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues. Service Documentation : Maintain detailed service logs, internal records, and administrative duties to keep track of all maintenance and repairs.
