Job Description

Requirements: Grade 12 (essential) APSO Entrance Exams / IPSC (advantageous) Diploma /Degree in Human Resource (advantageous) 1 year Researcher or Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator experience in IT or Finance or Engineering 1 year sourcing, selecting and matching experience in IT or Finance or Engineering 1 year in experience in sourcing using Job Portals and LinkedIn  Responsibilities: Draft the initial CV once the candidate has been interviewed by the Recruitment Consultant Screening add response Source and select candidates, from the database, career portals and via networking Identify skills to match the vacancy requirements Ensure candidate information is captured accurately on ATS Ensure all relevant supporting documents are attached to the candidate profile on the database Coordinate and set up interviews between candidates and clients Conduct Background vetting checks Pipelining marketable candidates to the database
