About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Centurion: Management Accountant to join our team at Unspecified. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting and closing activities
- Prepare cost analyses, estimates, accruals, reclassifications, and ad hoc reports
- Manage system and master data governance, including chart of accounts and business warehouse tools
- Partner with leadership to drive business performance improvements
- Oversee and develop budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate variances
- Manage and mentor a team of 15 staff members, including an admin/creditors clerk
- Travel to the Rustenburg site to support operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Accounting or a related field (essential)
- ACMA / CIMA qualification (preferred)
- Up to 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills, business insight, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and high level of integrity
- Fluency in Afrikaans
