About the Role

The IT Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of all things IT on the reserve, aligning with conservation and sustainability principles while providing excellent guest service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and hospitality by managing all processes relating to IT and IT infrastructure
• Ensure all IT infrastructure is running in an optimal range and that all equipment is well maintained, safe, and presented to reserve standards
• Monitor IT supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with reserve policies, health & safety regulations, and emergency procedures
• Manage IT budgets, cost control, and monthly reporting
• Approve invoices, manage and track expenses

Requirements

• Matric Degree or similar relating to IT and IT Management
• 3 years experience as an IT Manager in a lodge or hotel environment
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence (a car would be a big advantage)
