About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Vine Recruitment as a Receptionist / Marketing Coordinator in the heart of Paarl’s Cape Winelands! We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to provide exceptional reception services, manage marketing initiatives, and support our agents with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calls, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional reception area
  • General office administration and supplies management
  • Support agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination
  • Load and manage deals on MOON Draft
  • Check and distribute Offers to Purchase
  • Liaise with attorneys and follow up on outstanding documents
  • Ensure contracts are compliant and properly filed (digital & physical)
  • Create content using Canva
  • Manage monthly social media plans (4 posts per week stories)
  • Assist with campaigns, newsletters, video projects, and events
  • Support CRM systems and marketing strategy initiatives
