About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in Boksburg, responsible for leading a team of service artisans and ensuring efficient control of cost centre expenses and WIP management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a Team of Service Artisans to repair engines and generators
• Efficient control of cost centre expenses and WIP management
• Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines)

Requirements

• Qualified artisan or mechanic, diesel mechanic, or Earthmoving equipment mechanic
• 5 years experience after qualifying
• 2 years Service Planning experience
• Supervising experience
• Experience with Engine components end to end Process
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, SIS ET, SAP, and CRM
• Valid driver’s license (code B)
