About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Field Generator to lead our sales team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales field generation, preferably in a B2B or business-to-consumer environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
