About the Role
We are seeking a Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist to join a dynamic and luxurious travel company based in Sandton. This role is ideal for a passionate travel professional who thrives in crafting high-end group experiences and incentive travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage tailor-made travel experiences for groups and incentive travellers
- Handle end-to-end planning, quoting, and execution of itineraries
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure premium service delivery
- Collaborate with corporate clients to align travel plans with business objectives
- Manage all travel logistics including flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities
- Provide on-the-ground support and problem-solving when needed
- Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, agents, and clients
- Ensure all services meet the company’s luxury and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in group and incentive travel, preferably in luxury travel
Proven experience in handling complex itineraries and high-end clientele
Strong destination knowledge, both local and international
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tech-savvy and experienced in using travel management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and customer service mindset
