Job Description

? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is seeking an experienced ?????? ?????? ??????? to join a dynamic, Africa-focused travel company. This role is responsible for designing, quoting, booking, and managing tailor-made safari itineraries, delivering seamless travel experiences through strong destination knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent client service. This role is suited to a self-motivated planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full journey cycle from enquiry to post-travel follow-up. ?????? ???? This is a remote position. Requirements 5 years plus of experience as a Safari Planner or Travel Consultant Strong knowledge of East and Southern African safari destinations Experience with quoting, booking systems, and itinerary preparation High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Highly competent in using booking platforms (e.g., Safari Portal), Microsoft 365, and other shared communication tools Responsibilities Design and manage tailor-made safari itineraries from initial enquiry to post-travel feedback Engage directly with clients to understand preferences, travel style, and budget Prepare accurate quotes, costings, and confirmations using internal systems Liaise with lodges, DMCs, and transfer suppliers to secure availability and bookings Coordinate logistics and ensure all arrangements are reconfirmed prior to travel Provide in-travel support and handle changes or issues professionally Start ASAP PLEASE NOTE Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
