Baristas | Qatar | Busy Cafe We are looking for skilled and energetic Baristas to join the vibrant team at a bustling caf in the heart of Doha; Qatar ! What You will Do: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks. Create an inviting, positive atmosphere for customers with friendly and efficient service. Use your creativity to suggest and craft personalized beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar. Operate coffee equipment and ensure it is properly maintained. Assist in ensuring the caf runs smoothly during peak hours. Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and methods, always striving for excellence. Collaborate with your team to maintain our cafs high standards of service and product quality. What We are Looking For: Prior barista experience in a fast-paced caf or similar environment. A genuine passion for coffee, with knowledge of various brewing methods and drink preparation. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy shifts with ease. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art is a huge plus!
