About the Role

The Client Relationship Officer is a key position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer care support, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our client services. This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can effectively interact with clients, management, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily servicing of employers
  • Checking monthly employee schedules for accuracy
  • Assisting with any issue an Employer may have around the membership of their employees on the cover
  • Providing monthly interaction with the client
  • Building ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at clients
  • Performing any other task entrusted by Management
  • Providing customer care support to members/companies
  • Assisting with all forms of enquiries from customers and management (telephonic and email)
  • Being responsible for the inbound calls for all lines assigned to Group Schemes
  • Ensuring that the necessary departmental reporting is adhered to
  • Providing support and assistance to the Sales Executives and Take on Team
  • Assisting any group scheme member with any query or claim that may be received by the department, follow up and provide feedback to the relevant party
  • Conducting general administrative duties

Requirements

  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Medical Scheme Call Center experience (advantageous)
