About the Role
Lead a cross-functional dev squad through 1:1s, performance coaching, sprint flow and delivery alignment. Drive roadmap execution with Product & Design to ensure clean, on-time, high-quality releases. Uphold engineering excellence through code quality, documentation, testing standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years software engineering experience.

- Confident collaboration skills who can navigate teams, stakeholders, and blockers effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IS — or equivalent deep engineering experience.
