Key Performance Areas: Front office administration and management Executive Assistance General office travel arrangement, stationery, and IT administration Corporate branding and Merchandise Administration Meeting preparation and correspondence Screen and manage incoming communications Draft emails, letters, and internal/external communications Assist with preparation for meetings Compile reports, analyse data, and present information clearly and accurately Support project coordination and special initiatives as required Maintain confidential records and documentation Finance Administration HR Administration Health & Safety Administration Maintenance Administration Packages/ Deliveries Ensure follow-ups on key action items and deadlines Purchasing of Stationery and cleaning products Assist with ad hoc personal tasks Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or Bachelors degree in business administration / Office management/ HR 3 years of working experience working in similar role Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) MS Office (essential) Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting senior executives Strong organisational and time-management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Ability to work independently and take initiative High level of professionalism and confidentiality Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Proactive and solutions-driven Calm under pressure Highly reliable and trustworthy Strong interpersonal skills Professional presence and emotional intelligence
